Return & Exchange policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident shopping with us. Because our hair extensions are hygiene-sensitive products, we maintain a return policy that protects both our customers and our business while remaining fair and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items that remain in their original packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, hair extensions that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, cut, washed, colored, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • All packaging and tags must remain intact
  • The item must not show signs of wear or tampering
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Inspection Period

We encourage customers to inspect the hair without breaking the seal before deciding to install or use it. Once the seal is broken or the hair has been handled beyond inspection, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible unused items if you wish to change length or texture, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Opened or used hair products • Custom orders or special requests • Clearance or promotional sale items

Return Process

To request a return, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund.
